Hi -

It looks like almost all SCSM user roles can create personal subscriptions.  We're having some performance issues with users doing this on a production system during the working day -- it writes the change to an unsealed management pack which we find consumes a lot of CPU.

Is there any way to disable or restrict this?  It's not an option in the user roles.

I encountered issues when a user created a personal notifcation. It hung up all other notifications and worjkflows within the Change module. We are Running SCSM 2012 RU4. Is there a way to restrict or disable this option for regular users?
